Step 1 · Park & Get Your Fob
As you enter the community from the street, you'll see a large lit-up map directly in front of you. Turn left, drive ~100 feet, and on your right you'll see the entrance to the lower-level parking lot leading down (before the pool). Turn right into that lower-level structure.
Your dedicated parking spot is #348, on the left-hand side about halfway into the lot. (Numbers are painted on the ground.)
⚠️ Only park in spot #348. Other spots are tenant-only and your car may be towed at your expense.
Parking clearance: 8 ft 2 in.
Once parked, grab the key fob from the Igloo lockbox on the wall directly in front of your parking spot.

Step 2 · Find Your Building & Floor
- Walk back toward the entrance of the parking garage where you originally drove in
- You'll see two buildings — head to the one on the RIGHT (building 760)
- Cross the driveway and follow the sidewalk to the middle of the building
- You'll see an elevator on your left, right in front of the pool
- Tap your fob on the small grey sensor next to the elevator door (right side) → wait for green → press UP
- Inside the elevator, tap your fob again on the sensor next to the floor buttons → press 3rd Floor
- Exit the elevator and follow the signs to Unit 2307
Elevator not working?
Use any glass door on the edge of the building to walk up the stairs. Stairs are located at both ends of the building.
Step 3 · Open Your Apartment Door
- Tap your fob on the black sensor panel above the door handle, right below the word "Schlage"
- Wait for the green light
- Turn the deadbolt, then press down on the handle to open the door
Leaving: tap your fob → green light → turn deadbolt to lock. Always double-check by trying the handle. Return the fob to the Nova lockbox on checkout.

How do I get inside?
Park in spot #348, grab the fob from lockbox "Nova" (code 0718), take the elevator to 3rd Floor, then tap your fob at your apartment door. Full walkthrough is in the Arrival & Access section above.
The Igloo lockbox won't open!
Smack it firmly with your flat palm — they sometimes jam. That usually pops it open. If not, call or text 714-794-2566.
The AC isn't cooling. What now?
1. Check the breaker box on the back of the bedroom door.
2. There's a switch above the bathroom door — flip it to reset the thermostat.
3. If the temperature won't drop, set the mode to "Heat" → turn the switch off → wait 7 minutes → switch back on → set to "Cool" with fan on Auto → wait 2 minutes.
4. If the AC asks for a code, use 1234.

Hot water issue?
Turn the knob to cold first, wait 5–10 minutes, then switch it to hot and wait another minute for hot water to flow.
Where's the trash chute?
In the trash room right next to the elevator on your floor.
Can I bring extra cars?
Only one car per reservation has a guaranteed spot. Additional cars must use street parking a block away (watch for street-sweeping and permit signs — we are not responsible for tickets).
Is mail delivered?
No. Use a nearby UPS Store or USPS for mail or packages.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Yes, for $65 each. Call or text your host at 714-794-2566 to arrange. Unapproved late checkouts are $75 per 30 minutes after 11 AM.
Are pets allowed?
No — this property does not allow pets.
